By submitting payment, the client confirms they are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly services may be billed on a recurring basis.
Website projects may require deposits or milestone payments.
Hosting, domain registration, and third-party software fees are separate unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide required content, materials, and account access in a timely manner
Maintain communication via email or phone
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Avoid engaging competing marketing providers during active campaigns without written notice

Project delays caused by lack of communication or delayed approvals are not the responsibility of Trentify Digital LLC.

6. Project Timelines & Delays

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed project timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

Scope changes
Client approval delays
Third-party software or hosting issues
Force majeure or technical problems beyond our control

Trentify Digital LLC shall not be liable for delays outside reasonable control.

The client acknowledges:

SEO rankings and marketing results are not guaranteed
Advertising performance may vary by industry and competition
Search engine algorithms and platform policies frequently change
Business outcomes may vary depending on market conditions

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue.

8. Intellectual Property

All strategies, designs, graphics, code, and proprietary systems remain the property of Trentify Digital LLC until full payment is received.

Upon final payment, the client receives a non-transferable license to use approved deliverables for business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trentify Digital LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruptions
Ranking fluctuations
Third-party software failures
Hosting downtime or data loss

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:
